Issue with update & delete plugins(v1.3)

Hey,

I found some issue with the plugin.
When I try to update or delete some plugin through the control panel I get an 404 error.

Note that when I’m delete the whole plugin rules from .htaccess the issue is resolved(so this something with this rules that causing the issue).
And all the firewall rules are enabled.
