Issue with unused coupon codes showing ‘Maximum usage reached’ Error

    Hi everyone, I’d like to ask for your help with an issue we’re experiencing with our e-shop. We’re creating new coupon codes that users can use, but each coupon should only be valid for one purchase. However, when a client enters the code, the system displays the following message:

    “The maximum number of uses for this discount code has been reached. If you have just used this coupon but your order was not completed, you can try to repeat or cancel it on the My Account page.”

    I don’t understand why this is happening because the code hasn’t been used before. Unfortunately, this issue occurs quite frequently. Could you help us figure out what might be causing the problem?
