Issue with Ultimate Addons / Elementor

    Hello, my website is on Astra Pro Theme / Elementor and i’m using Ultimate Addons (coming with Astra) to have some extra elementor widgets.

    I don’t know since when but I have a strange behaviour from one of my widget, and it disappear when i’m desactivate Complianz, so i’m guessing it’s a plugin conflict, but i don’t know what is going wrong, and how to fix it.

    It’s a table of Content widget, and the content is showing twice, like it’s duplicate.

    Do you have any clue how i may prevent that ? Astra team ask me to open a ticket here, and they are ok to help if necessary but they don’t know what in complianz is causing this issue…

    Hello,

    thanks for your message.

    Please open our plugin, section “Integrations” -> “Services” and disable from there “Elementor” and “Ultima Addons…”.

    Then save and delete the website cache, the issue should disappear

    Hello thank you it works, just to precise if someone else come here its not Integrations > Services but Integrations > Extensions.
