• Hello,

I would like to give my customers the ability to retrieve a specific order entry after they have logged in. I’m experimenting with the tracking-form shortcode but am running into issues.

It appears that I cannot retrieve any of the order information when I enter the order number. The link I provided is to a draft page on my webpage. Please try to retrieve SN100001 or SN100002 using the certificate field on this page.

    Thanks.

    Anderson

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

We can’t view that page as it looks like it might be just a preview of a draft page you’re working on. You’d need to publish the page and not have it private if you wanted us to be able to see it.

There are usually two reasons for which you aren’t able to track an order like this. The first is that you aren’t using the correct shortcode (e.g. using the customer shortcode, but trying to enter a tracking number instead of a customer number). The second is that you are using the “Auto Entered” choice for the “Order Email Confirmation” option. Please use either the “None” or “Manually Entered” option for this.

Thanks, the issue was that I had to change the Order Email Confirmation option to Manually entered.

Do you think you can add a feature that uses another field for verify and retrieve the order? I would be willing to discuss this expediting this option in via email.

    Thanks.
