Issue with Total Reviews

@shiv2817 Please can you go to the Advanced tab and click to Clear Cache?

There will very likely be a clue with with Retrieved Data tab, check for an error message from the Google Places API there. If you haven’t added billing details with Google, it may have stopped sending data. However, there is a fall-back in place so the overall rating and total showing zero is likely to be something else.

If anyone else has a similar issue, please get in touch.

I have the same issue @shiv2817 – please help me out!

I have only two reviews and they show up in the front- and backend. However, the total rating shows up neither in the front- nor in the backend.

@santaklaus805 There may be a clue in the Retrieved Data tab – as the Google Places API is returning data cannot be used to populate place information.

Please can you email me on wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com? I’m quite keen to isolate this issue and make the plugin more stable in such an instance.

@santaklaus805 Thanks so much for the email containing your retrieved data. After a second I could see what the issue was here and how to fix it. There will be a fix for the total with 5 or less reviews in the next version of the plugin. ??

@santaklaus805 Thanks for your reply about the review total not appearing (for less than 5 revoews). I have added some additional checks for the review total when the Places API doesn’t return the total. This happened when there were less than 5 reviews.
