Issue with toolset jquery after updating the wordpress 5.1

after update wordpress version not working page and post editor in admin section.
am inspecting the console getting lost of Jquery error like “method not defined and undefined variable” you guys must take a look updating the jquery file like backbone and Toolset type min js i guess ??
