• I’m having issues with large amounts of spacing below the plugin when I use the shortcode on the page. There’s significant margin/gap space below the plugin that can’t be adjusted in divi. I’m using the filters. When I have all filters selected, no problem with the spacing but when I switch to a filter with less staff in it, the spacing does not move up – the spacing is static.

    Hi @nicolehart27,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

It may be image size issue. Please check whether all images are in equal dimension and square.
Could you please share with us the URL having the issue?

All images are aligned but here is the dimensions of some of them. There’s over 15 staff photos:

    2560 by 2560
    740 by 739 pixels
    794 by 839 pixels
    2560 by 2017 pixels
    176 by 165 pixels
    312 by 320 pixels

I’m not able to share the site yet as it’s not live yet.

    Hi @nicolehart27,

All images should be in square size. Either you upload perfect square size images or re-upload all the images once more. The plugin will crop the images to square size automatically.

So because some are not perfect size square that’s whats causing the plugin to create large gaps of space at the bottom of the page? If I make them all perfect square will the space gap go away?

You need the premium to get a support ticket. I don’t have premium yet.

Here’s what it looks like: https://cmho.org/staff-board/

It’s ok with all staff: https://ibb.co/H7c62S8
With just Staff filtered, it’s way too much space at the bottom. The code is not receptive: https://ibb.co/Wtjt2my

Ok, do you know where I can get the license details?

    I have the awsm-team-pro.zip plugin

Inside the licensing file it says:
