The extension works well on the web, but on mobile, when a user tries to submit a ticket, even though all fields are filled, it still gives an error saying that fields cannot be empty. Do you have a solution for this?

    Hi @mohammadyr

Could you please provide more details about your production environment, including your Awesome Support version, PHP version, and WordPress version? Additionally, if you could share a link to your site’s login page, that would be very helpful.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you!

    Awesome Support version 5.3.5

    PHP version 8.1.31

    WordPress version 6.7.1

As you can see, in mobile mode, when the fields are filled, an error appears stating that you cannot submit an empty response. I have a solution myself, which is to disable the validation for these fields. Is that a good approach? Do you have a more effective solution?

I mistakenly mentioned the version of a different plugin. The version used is 6.3.0, which is the latest released version. @jawada

    Hi @jawada

No, this didn’t solve the problem, but it sparked an idea in my mind that maybe the issue was on my side. After investigating, I realized that when I use two forms on the WordPress ticket submission page (one for mobile and one for desktop), this issue occurs. I took action to fix it, and it worked.

I’ll leave this chat here for others who might face the same problem. Good luck!
