Issue with theme and Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing

  • I have an e-commerce site set up with Ocean WP. It uses the Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing plugin to set bulk discounts. This works fine on simple products but doesn’t work on variable product. I have turned off all plugins to see if there was a conflict, but it appears to be the theme as it works with Storefront. Please can you help?

    Can you share your site link so that I can check it? Also, go to Customize > Woocommerce > Single Product and disable Ajax add to cart button. Clear cache and check it fixes the issue or not.

    Turning of AJAX add to cart has solved the issue. Will there be a fix for this? Or will I just have to stop using ajax?

    Right now, we don’t have a solution for it but we are looking for a fix to solve this issue.

    Hi, I have the same problem, and to me it seems turning off the ajax on woocommerce cart does not help.

    I got fatal error message from wordpress after i switched off the ajax. I use swift performance and with it’s plugin organizer i disabled all ajax requests for dynamic pricing. It seems it’s better now, but the system is still not stable and randomly having issues with the discounts. Most of the products are variable, only the manager bags not.

    That’s odd. Switching off Ajax add to cart shouldn’t give an error. Can you try to remove the custom oceanwp woocommerce features from the Customize > Woocommerce > General section?
