    Hi i have an issue with Site Kit plugin with this message “The server provided an invalid response” I try troubleshooting plugin but nothing.
    Could you help me ?

    Thanks for getting in touch @sobreak. This error that you’re encountering can have a number of courses, including a temporary host server issue, issues at service level or a site level based on your htaccess file or site configuration. To determine more, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.?
    3. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status? (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.

    Hi James, the pluging works only on incognito mode.

    Thanks for the update @sobreak. Given the issue doesn’t occur in an incognito session, this includes a possible browser conflict. What browser are you using when you encounter this message, and what extensions do you have active? I can then guide you through clearing your browsers cache.
