• Hello,

In Appearance -> Customize, it switches me to edit mode of the active theme. However, I found that the Publish button is ALWAYS clickable and making changes doesn’t change that.

I managed to find out that after deactivating your plugin this problem disappears.

    Please repair

    Thank you

    Hello @d0153

I already tried this plugin. Apart from uninstalling inactive theme/plugins, it doesn’t report any major error. And most importantly, if I turn on troubleshooting mode and switch to the Blocksy theme, it’s fine. But just activate the Event Calendar plugin and it no longer works.

I would probably close it. I don’t want to mess with it too much because I often end up breaking something that worked before. In addition, it can be saved anyway and nothing is noticeable from the point of view of the visitor and the user without admin.

Nevertheless, thank you for your cooperation.

    Hi @michalrama

Just curious, could you try to open your browser’s console log, and try to replicate the issue again. If you see any error message, please share a screenshot with us so we can check it further on our end.

To open the browser’s console log in Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + J (Windows / Linux) or Cmd + Opt + J (Mac)

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello @d0153

Ah, obviously there’s a problem. If I turn on the console, there is one warning and one error (screenshot)

Warning deprecated feature is probably not related to this.

But the error failed to load a stylesheet from a URL is clearly the problem, because it disappears after deactivating the plugin.

Do you know how to fix this please?

    Thank you

    Hi @michalrama

    Thanks for your response.

Could you provide the full path of the customizer-views-v2-controls.css and customize.php? I think you can get the full path/URL by hovering to it.

    Hello @d0153

customizer-views-v2-controls.css – It is in your plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/resources/css

    customize.php – In /wp-admin
