Issue with the Monetisation Plan

Good day and thanks for building such great tool.

I have 50,000+ active subscribers and I have been moved to the Monetisation Plan. This happened months ago.

However, I have some issues:

1. When I click on the revenue tab, I usually see: No Earnings To Show. Total revenue in your account will reflect as soon as Truepush sends push ads to your subscribers.

But I am 100% sure that you guys have sent push ads to my subscribers. A friend showed me the push advert from you. So why the inconsistency?

2. Some of the ads you send to my subscribers are spammy.

For instance, yesterday, a subscriber contacted me and complained of receiving an advert notification that claimed to give her a huge amount of money, only to click the advert and be compelled to submit her personal information with a countdown.

Please this isn’t okay with me.

I accepted the Monetisation option because I hoped the advert you’ll send will be genuine ads from brands like Google ads, Ezoic, etc, since you’re a genuine brand yourself.

It hurts my brand image if my users continue to see such spammy clickbait ads. No matter how much I get from the ads, I don’t want to be associated with such. It’s against my principles.

Please, as a matter of urgency, address this.

However, if this is too much for you, kindly remove me from the Monetisation Plan and stop sending ads to my subscribers.
