Issue with the frontend

  • Hello,
    I am following the steps from your Lynda tutorial and have done this successfully in one more installation. This time though something is going wrong.

    In the target site the wp admin menu links are working ok and I can navigate without any issues in the new installation. When I try to navigate though in the frontend part of the target site the links seem like they are pointing to the target address (i see it when i click on them and when i inspect the page elements) but when i click on them they are trying to find the old domain and they send me to the old website.

    I am trying to move a website from one subdomain to another.
    When I am checking the ‘guid’ column on wp_posts table in the target database I still see the new addresses.
    I have also checked through the wp admin settings->general the wordpress address and the site address fields and they are both pointing to the new urls..
    I have cleared also all my browsing data.

    I do not not understand what is going wrong. Any ideas on what else I should check?
