    Hello, We are currently experiencing an issue with our WooCommerce integration with Lightspeed. Specifically, the tax data is not being sent through properly. Our Lightspeed support team is also investigating this on their end, but they have suggested that we contact you to ensure everything is functioning correctly on your side.
    Could you please check if there are any known issues or additional configurations required to resolve this ?

    Thank you for your response. I’m providing additional details to help investigate this issue.

    **The Issue
    When an order is placed on WooCommerce, all tax data syncs correctly with Lightspeed.However, if the order status is later modified (e.g., marked as “Completed” or “Cancelled”), the taxes disappear from Lightspeed, and the total amount appears without tax.

    **Expected Behavior
    Taxes should remain intact in Lightspeed, regardless of order status changes.
