Issue with successful transactions

Even though the transaction is successful the woocommerce plugin still shows that the order status as pending payment and allows the customer to cancel the transaction from his my orders section.

I think this is an issue with later plugin version 0.0.5 as I never had this issue before for version 0.0.4. Could you please check this out ASAP?
