Issue with Submit a Job Form errors

Hello, on the submit a job form, if a form is submitted with issues, the problem fields are not focused on. Instead, there is a notification that moves with the page rather than remaining fixed with the fields that need to be fixed. For example, the alert for an empty required field reads: “Please fill out this field”, but as your scroll, this floating notification moves as well. This could be confusing. Any advice or plans on fixing this? Thank you.
