Issue with stripe pay in forminator

I’m not a legal expert but if you’re not selling any physical goods via Forminator then billing address should be enough, if I correctly understand that case:

Have you already tried enabling it? If yes, are you still receiving the same error with billing enabled and configured and with “Payment Description” set in Stripe field settings?

how i can resolve it for selling physical product?

I’ve asked our developers if there’d be any workaround for this. I’m awaiting their response and I (or one of my colleagues) will update you here with more information once we get their feedback on this.

I just got feedback from our developers.

This is something that needs to be addressed at plugin’s core and requires additional development. We’ve already added it to Forminator’s development task list so support for shipping settings will be implemented with one of future releases of the plugin.
