    Hi,

Thanks for this plugin. I love it. However, I have a few issues that stop me from launching the shop.

First of all, I replaced a page “Store” with the “Shop” as you can see here https://coolfilm.co.uk/shop/

However when you go into products and then try to open a single page with a product on it it comes up with 404 not found page. Try this for example https://coolfilm.co.uk/shop/products/kodak-professional-portra-400-135-35mm-36-exp/

BUT… when you change to the store in the link it works fine https://coolfilm.co.uk/store/products/kodak-professional-portra-400-135-35mm-36-exp/

However, I don’t have a page https://coolfilm.co.uk/store on my website. It doesn’t exist. I checked many times.

I checked the back end for the products and it has /shop in the link but it’s not working when using that link.

Also, there is some sort of java script error on the checkout page. I tried it in chrome Ann safari on my Mac but Login/Register, Billing/Shipping Address and Review Order/Payments tabs wouldn’t unfold when clicked on them. They seemed to work the first time I tried the process. The fields wouldn’t actually appear. This works fine on mobile though, so I assume the theme is ok with the plugin.

    Hope you could help me.

    Thanks
    Taras

Thank you for using MarketPress! You may be able to resolve this by flushing your permalink settings. Go to Settings>Permalinks and just click save. This will reset the pages that were created before the MarketPress structure was changed.

Let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

    Hello,

That actually helped. Thank you very much.

My another concern was the second question.

If you add something to the cart and then browse around the website and come back, the tabs containing Billing/Shipping Address and Review Order/Payment wouldn’t unfold so users can’t enter their address and proceed to payments.

    Thanks

    Hello Taras

    Hope you are well!

I could replicate the issue on your site where a user can’t proceed from Billing/Shipping Address to Review Order/Payment. I’ve tested the plugin from my end and can’t reproduce the same.

Would you please run a quick test for a conflict with a plugin and theme? Deactivate all the other plugins, switch to a default WordPress theme and try to complete the checkout? If the checkout is working, please activate one plugin at the time till you will find the one that causes the issue.

Also if you are using Strip gateway, please add a correct webhook endpoint URL in the Stripe Webhooks here and test again
    https://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=psts_stripe_webhook

Replace yourdomain.com with your domain name

Please let me know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hello Nastia,

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, my website is live and I wouldn’t like to turn all the plugins off or the theme for testing purposes as it took a while to set it up. I think, I will try to create a subdomain for the shop with a clean WordPress installation.

    Thanks
    Taras

    Hello @tarassemeniuk

    I apologize for late reply.

Would you please try the Health Check plugin to run a test for a conflict with another plugin? It will deactivate the plugins only for your current sessions and all the other visitors will see your site without any changes. This way you can leave active only the MarketPress plugin and test if you can proceed to Review Order/Payment page.

Please let us know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
