• I recently swapped hosts and I can’t seem to get the mail.mydomain.co.uk to work, if I use the domain of their shared host server the SMTP connects and sends mail fine but if I use my own mail.mydomain.co.uk the SMTP test email fails.

    mail.mydomain.co.uk is in the email routing with the server IP too.

    I get “There was an issue sending your test email” when using the mail.mydomain.co.uk

    I’m not too sure what could be wrong here, I was hoping someone might have an idea. Thank you!

    Hi @fluiddesk,

    could you please let us know, what the debug log says when you try to send a test email in our plugin? The debug log link will show up at the bottom of the page after the test email fails.

    Did you contact your hosting company and ask them about the SMTP access with your domain?
