Issue with slider function

I am working on a front page for a site and made some adjustment to the top menu. After making changes to the menu, the front page banner slider and the client section on the front page no longer appear to be functioning. Looks like both of these sections rely on the owl-carousel.

I have tried deleting and reloading the theme, amending both affected sections and checking for theme updates or related plugin updates, but have not yet been able to correct the issue.
