Issue with sites being ‘managed’

    I had a staging site and used Clean Talk to test it with the rest of our environment. Then I took it to the live site and deleted the staging site. You are still counting it as part of my service in your admin area and want to bill me for it. Can I have the staging site removed. Thanks.
