Issue With Sitemap Dashboard

    Hello,
    Each time I navigate to Rank Math >> Search Console >> Sitemaps it shows that “No sitemaps submitted” I have to click Refresh Sitemap then only it shows the sitemap

    This happens each time I login to my wordpress dashboard, is there any way to fix that

    I noticed that sitemaps are coming back when you switch to another tab (within the “search console” section), and then you come back to the sitemap tab.
    Rank Math team will be able to give you a more professional explanation, but as for me, I think it’s just a “refresh” issue, no more.

    Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for the issue you are facing.

    You need not worry about that if you already submitted the Sitemaps in the Google Search Console.

    This section works by utilizing GSC’s API and sometimes due to the quota limit, it does not return any value and thus the blank screen.

    This does not mean the Sitemaps are removed and you can carry on with your daily tasks.

    With that said, we are working on an updated version of GSC that will have better functionality and caching system to avoid such issues.
