    Hi,

I use your plugin for a while now and it works perfectly for WP/WC emails as well as wit Pimwick’s Gift Card plugin for which I had to check “Use theme template if available.”

But I’ve recently bought the SIP plugin and their emails have HTML tags rendered as text. If I deactivate your plugin it’s OK but I can’t do that since I use your great plugin for all my transactional emails.

It seems that the SIP plugin doesn’t have any template that I could copy into my theme folder to bypass your plugin as I do with PWC Gift Card so I don’t see how to address this issue.

    Any idea ?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Please do not change the plugin classes otherwise your changes are lost with our next update. Use the filter mentioned above so you can write the code in you (child-)theme or wherever it is update-save on your site.

I don’t see a reason why you can’t use it on your mirror site…?

My licence is activated for the domain coklat-ibiza.com. I’ve put the licence code on my prod website https://www.coklat-ibiza.com. When I try to put it on my test website wordpress.coklat-ibiza.com (same domain) I get the following error message: Your license key has reached its activation limit.

Just don’t active the license on the test domain. You can use the plugin for development but you don’t receive any updates.

I tried to reactivate your plugins on lmy test website without activating the licence. When I go to the woocommerce tab of the plugin I get a critical error (the website and the rest of the admin are still working). I tried to deactivate all the plugins except woocommerce and your plugin the error is still here. Even changing theme for storefront doesn’t solve the issue (remember my test website runs WC 4.1.1).

Here is the email received about the error:

Can you help me with that ? Is your plugin compatible with WC.4 ? I’m asking because WC’s update engine says that compatibility with your plugin is “unknown”

After a while I decided to reactivate my theme and all my plugins and now… Your plugin works as well…

    Crazy computing…

But now I have the same error on my PROD website ! I’ve checked everything works fine (website, admin and emails) but I cannot access to templates list anymore. It seems that activating the plugin on my tests website has created the bug on my prod website ! However the licence is still registered on my prod website…

Well after deactivate/reactivate the plugin on my prod website it works again on both now. Sorry for all those messages but I didn’t understand what happened. Everything seems to be ok now I’ll check what’s the problem with WC 4.

    Thanks !

Now the issue is back on both websites. Impossible to edit email templates. I tried as I did yesterday to deactivate/reactivate the plugin but this time it doesn’t work and when I go to the woocommerce tab I still have the same critical error…

So now I’ve found that in order to get the plugin to work again I need to create a new order. If I delete the order created it seems that it still works. My guess is that your template system looks for the last order (or some or any order) to display as an example and that for some reason it can’t find it and thus throws a critical error. Creating a brand new order seems to be solving the issue.
