I am using BeRocket Product Filter without ajax and Advanced Woo Search. I didn’t find any related posts for this issue.

When a category contains only one item that matches the search keywords, instead of displaying that item, random items appear in the search results.

I created an example to demonstrate this issue:
- Search results with 3 items (1 Samsung case and 2 iPhone cases) https://snipboard.io/K06PEg.jpg
- Filtering by iPhone cases category: Results correctly display 2 iPhone cases. https://snipboard.io/Tnsx2v.jpg
- Filtering by Samsung cases category: A dozen irrelevant items other than the single result are shown. https://snipboard.io/35y4ST.jpg
I don’t recall encountering this issue before. Any advice? Thanks.

Please tell me – do you use AJAX filtering or just page reload?

No AJAX or page reload involved; simply selecting the single result category caused this issue. I performed many tests and would have identified the problem if it existed earlier. It may be due to recent updates.

I see. Still strange that without this option it shows you some random search results.

Yes, it’s not right. If you’d like to investigate further, I’d be happy to provide more information.

I do have a few other issues.

1. “No search results” redirection. When there are no search results, all categories and sub-categories are listed on the sidebar. https://snipboard.io/FNOabK.jpg Is there a way to avoid the no search results page and always show some related results instead?
