Issue with Simplepress Forum topics

I am having an issue with the forum topics that are created turning in to reusable wordpress blocks on my site.
I think it might be a storage issue, yet I am not sure how to tackle it.
Please help, as soon as you can.

Can you clarify what you mean by “turning into reusable blocks”? An image or video that illustrate what is happening would help.

Also, when did this start to occur? Was there an upgrade to plugins or themes before this started occuring?

Whenever a member creates a forum topic.
It becomes an reusable block on my site.
I cannot send a photo since there isn’t a photo option here.
But I will link to what I am talking about in WP.
Hopefully that helps.

Unfortunately that link does not open the pdf.

It looks like that is a one-drive link but maybe the link is somehow incorrect?
