Issue with Shortcode Widget

  • I am working on a Client site that is using the Astra theme with Elementor.
    I’m trying to integrate a plugin I’ve developed that is used on several other wordpress sites without any issue.
    The plugin has a shortcode that displays the content of several custom post types.
    The content of these CPTs are just a single external iframe.
    In elementor, I’m using the shortcode widget and have pasted my shortcode there. The desired result shows correctly as expected, however once I save and preview the page or view the saved page there is nothing there. Nothing in HTML either.
    Any ideas how to get this working please? Thanks
