issue with shortcocees

Hi,
We are using your plugin shortcode but since upgrade it wont work as expected. We are having a page/post which is accessible only to members and admins of site.

previously when a members logs in it shows different file manager interface and when the admin logs in it shows different but now after upgrading the plugin the shortcodes wont work and we tried everything.

Please suggest as before upgrading this shortcode is working:

[file_manager_advanced roles=”administrator” path=”wp-content/uploads/Filers” operations=”mkdir, mkfile, rename, duplicate, paste, ban, archive, extract, copy, cut, edit, rm, download, upload, resize, search, info, help, empty”]
[file_manager_advanced path=”wp-content/uploads/Files/Allfiles” roles=”medlem” operations=”r”]

but now it shows permissions denied.
