Issue with Shopp page links looping back to homepage

I just upgraded Shopp (e-commerce plugin) to v1.3 and now on my clients mobile store page, if I click on any of the links there, they loop back to the homepage instead of going to the CD or DVD page, for example. Is this a fault of the Shopp plugin, the User Agent Switcher, or both?
