Issue with Shipping Method Selection on Basket Page for First Order

    I have encountered an issue regarding the selection of shipping methods on the basket page for first orders.

    Hi @maheshmthorat,

    It is unlikely that the issue is related to Flexible Shipping plugin, since all methods are displayed at last.

    Please have a look at your WooCommerce settings, and what data is required to display shipping methods.

    The first basket screenshot does not have a complete address entered.

    Hello @kozyraola,

    As shown in the screenshot, the “Enable the shipping calculator on the basket page” setting in Shipping settings > Calculations is already enabled. When I disable this plugin and create shipping methods using default WooCommerce settings, the methods display as expected on the cart page. However, when the plugin is enabled, it shows the default WooCommerce-created shipping methods, but not the Flexible ones.

    Interestingly, when I go to the Checkout page and then return to the Cart page—without changing anything, including the address—all shipping methods appear as expected. I’m not sure why this only happens the first time.
