Hi, I am really struggling with some issue.
I’m doing some tests in my staging environment. When I open the website in a new incognito windows I get several console errors due to CORS. There are requests for resources from the staging environment to the live domain. Purging SG cache from the dashboard results in a broken layout. Moreover, I’ve noticed in the cache folder (wp-content/uploads/siteground-optimizer-assets) there are normal combined css and js files but also other versions with doubled size. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the plugin, cleared all the caches from the dashboard and even on SiteGround server many times and the problem is still there.
I opened a ticket a few days ago since SGO test URLS failed. After they seemed to fix the issue by creating a new .htaccess, I started getting this new issue.
    Please help.
    Thank you

    Hey @guidotg

I don’t see any errors about the URL and CORS. Would it be possible to provide more details about the issue?

Regarding the combined assets, they are dynamically generated on the page load and are automatically cleared when they are not used, so you shouldn’t worry about them.

Hey Stanimir, thank you for your reply. It turned out to be Jquery library not being excluded from deferring for some reason. Thanks
