    Dear Support Team,

I am encountering an issue with setting the minimum and maximum checked options for a checkbox field in the PPOM (Product Addons for WooCommerce) plugin. Despite configuring the options as per the guidelines, the settings do not seem to be taking effect. I am using the free version of the plugin – i have added the limit of checkbox but it does not work.

    Hey @dhillonsaman,

    Thank you for using PPOM!

Can you kindly share the URL of the page where we can see this? I couldn’t replicate the issue; the restrictions are applied as expected on my website – https://vertis.d.pr/i/JraUg3.

@dhillonsaman @andreearadacina21 Did you ever resolve this? I’m running into this exact same issue now, both when I use my Kadence-based child theme and when I use the base Twenty Twenty-Four theme on a fresh website.

I read the code and I see that validation literally is skipped if the field isn’t required. But when I make the field required, then the user HAS to select at least 1 option, but I’d like them to select 0-3 options. I guess I just need to add a little custom code to my child theme to handle this use-case.

    Hi @eltorowebdesigns,

Could you please confirm that you are using the latest version?
    PPOM Free: 33.0.4

If you have the latest version, please share the product page URL where we can see this issue. Also, it would be helpful if you could export the meta field and share it with us. This guide will show the steps:?https://docs.themeisle.com/article/1700-personalized-product-meta-manager#export.

    Kind regards,

    Rodica
