    Hi, I am using
    ServiceTrade Service Portal Version 2.0.8 and Gravity Forms 2.5.5.2. With 2.0.8 active I am unable to access the settings in Gravity Forms for all the fields when making a new form and I am unable to access Advance fields or drag new fields onto gravity forms. Once I disable it I can use gravity forms like normal. Does anyone using these have encountered this issue?

    Hi @shuangmiles,

    This sounds like potentially Learning Mode could help if you’re not being prompted to add actions to the allowlist when you’re attempting to perform the actions you’ve described. Some of the script actions around dragging fields or add advanced fields look like they’re being flagged as false-positives.

    From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.
