    Hi @sinamajidi2

Could you provide the information, what role the user has after the registration at your website? Please make sure that the user’s role has the capabilities to post the comments.
    It’s ‘edit_comment’ capability.

    Let me know,
    Thanks!

After Registration, a user has a Support User Role, and in this case, he/she can edit_comment.

    Hi @sinamajidi2

Does “Support” User Role is created via Ultimate Member > User Roles or via 3rd party plugins? Did you make the conflict test with other 3rd party plugins deactivation and leave only Ultimate Member and WP 2020 theme active? Do you have the same issue with that setup?

    Let me know,
    Thanks!

I had problems with this part of your plugin. My problem was that the plugin had left the Support User role untitled. My Site Theme is FlatSome Pro. I Use The Latest Version Of This Theme. I also tested this issue with the 2020 WordPress theme and the problem didn’t Solve!

    Hi @sinamajidi2

    Sorry for the late response.

If you’re still encountering issues with the untitled user role, I suggest that you installed User Role Editor plugin to add back the role title:

    Hi,
I had said in previous answers that I use the User Role by BestWebSoft plugin.
My problem is not in determining the role. Please check where the problem is.
    Thankful
