Issue with saving web stories

    Hi There, i am facing issue with saving web stories. I have installed google’s web story plugin to my WordPress site. I have editor level access. When i try to save the web story, i am encountering this error- ““We are currently unable to save your story, any changes you make may be lost. This may be due to temporary issues connecting to WordPress.” Please help with this issue.

    @vishalseo1211 Thank you for opening your topic. We’ll need some additional items to help troubleshoot:

    1) Could you send your Site Health information through this form?

    2) Also, under Tools > Site Health > Status, check if there are any errors about the REST API (screenshot example)? Or if the REST API is available under Passed Tests on that screen (screenshot example)?

    3) Can you please share any browser console error messages if any?

    4) Does the issue occur when you publish a new story or just update an existing story?

    Hi Luckyna, thank you for the response. Here again clarifying the issue. I have editor level access/role in WordPress, where the permission of creation, edit,delete and publish are given.     Hi Luckyna, it is not possible for me to share the details for #1,#2,and #3. Though, can you suggest any solution?

    @vishalseo1211 The error you encountered possibly indicates there could be an issue communicating with the WordPress REST API or the REST API is not available or blocked. This might be caused by interference through another plugin or a firewall, or the WordPress setup. Unfortunately, without those further details or information, we are unable to confirm what could be the cause of your issue. We suggest you contact a developer or your hosting provider about any possible blocks or further assistance.

    Hello.
    The plugin is not saving or is having an absurd delay to execute the save of web stories.
    The error happens whenever I need to PUBLISH or update web stories.
