Issue with Saving User Profiles in Yoast v22.8 on WP 6.5.4 Multisite

Hi @maybellyne , We have recently installed the latest version 22.9. Unfortunately, we are still encountering the same issue when attempting to save a user profile.

Can you kindly check if the browser console show any errors when you try to save the editor user profile? If yes, please provide us with screenshots that highlight the error you are experiencing. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

Also, Upon checking the “nonce” or token is invalid when saving. I tried to remove the code in the Yoast plugin file just to check, and when removing the token checker the update pushes through.

We noticed that there was an update with profile saving since 22.6: https://snipboard.io/uPDKjB.jpg

There’s no issue with the profile saving when we are using the version 22.5

We’d have to investigate further on this as it could be something specific to your setup, but we are unable to do so over these public forums. You might want to consider Yoast SEO Premium for personal premium support so we can take a closer look at this.
