    Dear Newsletter Team,
    I have an issue after I moved a website with the newsletter plugin from dev to live. When I edit the subscription form fields and save the settings, all other settings from the Subscription panel disappear. All the texts, etc.

    And a question in addition:
    Is there a possibility to send fresh users an automatic mail a few days after they subscribed to the Newsletter?

    Hi Bonnie, we saw sometime this issue when the migration moved uncorrectly some options. I need an admin account to fix the problem, mail me privately to [email protected]. We’re going to introduce some check to avoid that problem (of course maybe on your blog the problem is different…).

    About the mailing after some time, we have a followup extension for this kind of tasks.

    Have the same Issue. Send also a private message, but still no answer. The customer could not cancel the new newsletter and we get bad image. Not good. Thank you for quick answer (Servicio Creativo)
