Hello, I installed Satispay plugin to handle those payments, but when I try to save settings I get this error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/atmosphere.it/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-satispay/wc-satispay.php:188) in /home/customer/www/atmosphere.it/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 1431

I already contacted Satispay support but they told me everything is configured well on their part and to contact Woocommerce support for more assistance. Can anyone please help? Thank you in advance.

  • Hi @atmospherestore ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand you’re having an issue with the Satispay plugin where you’re receiving a warning message when trying to save settings, is this correct?

The error message you’re seeing typically arises when there’s an issue with the sequence of operations in PHP. It occurs when a script tries to send a HTTP header after content has already been output.

In your case, the error is pointing to the Satispay plugin file (wc-satispay.php) and a core WordPress file (misc.php).

Since the issue itself is related to the Satispay plugin, the respective plugin developers are in the best position to provide further support with this as support related to third-party plugins/themes is outside our scope of support.

I’d be happy to try and provide a few suggestions to further troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Try deactivating and then reactivating the Satispay plugin.
    2. Try deleting and reinstalling the Satispay plugin
    3. Check for plugin/theme conflicts

If the above makes no difference, I’d suggest reaching out to the plugin developers again to see if they can assist. Here is a direct link to their dedicated support forum:

    I hope this helps!

Suggestions above didn’t help. Thank you, I will try again with Satispay support…

    Hi @atmospherestore ,

    Suggestions above didn’t help.

Ah, I’m sorry to hear that this made no difference.

I will try again with Satispay support…

That sounds like a plan, I do hope the issue is resolved soon.

Since further support is required from the Satispay plugin developers, I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved.

However, should you need any further help with WooCommerce core, feel free to create a new topic. We are happy to assist!

    Cheers!
