Issue with sales dates

    Hello,

    We programmed the sales prices for black friday from 24-11-2023 to 12-12-2023 and for country using your plugin for price, sales started the day before the start date (23-11-2024) (i can send you screenshot of that if you give me your contact email)

    Even worses, some product took the sales price as regular price without even showing it as a promotion (no badge or price crossed) (i have unfortunately no screenshot of that), again in this case, the day before the sales actually should have start

    For simple product, re saving every product patched the issue, but for variable product it didn’t work, we had to delete the sales prices and date and do it manually the day after

    Hi @bbaldenberger,

    It’s a known bug that does not happen in all cases.
    We have intensively tested the scheduled sales for products and do not get the issue. All the tests run ok.
    Did you update the products from an external plugin?

    Hi,

    We updated the products with woocommerce rest api calls

    Usually it worked like a charm
