Issue with Reviews and Product Relationships

    Hello,

    After the update, a problem occurred: the same product reviews appear on all pages.

    I tried all the methods you suggested before reaching out to you. I am not sure if one of the pinned topics (with the snippet) is related to this issue, but it does not help me resolve the problem.

    I also did not find any plugin conflicts, except for one peculiarity: when WooCommerce and Site Review are activated together, there are no reviews at all, and they only appear when I activated WPML.

    Do you have any ideas why all the reviews are the same?

    You need to make sure that you are assigning reviews to your product pages with the review form. Since you are using the WordPress editor, I recommend you switch from using the shortcodes to using the blocks as they are much easier to use. Otherwise, please reviews the “Site Reviews > Help & Support > Shortcodes” page, particularly the assigned_posts option.

    Alternatively, if you are using WooCommerce, enable the the WooCommerce integration in the Site Reviews > Settings.

      Sorry, I don’t receive notification … I just see your answer.

      I use Woocommerce and I use blocks (not Shortcodes). It is not working for me. I have the same comments on all product pages. I’ve already tried clearing everything (following the help section recommendations) and even rolled back to a previous version. Nothing works. It feels like the categories aren’t functioning properly.

      Do you have the WPML integration enabled in the Site Reviews settings?
