• Hello Ultimate Member Support Team,

I am encountering a problem with Ultimate Member’s page restriction settings. I’m trying to restrict access to category pages within taxonomies, but despite enabling restrictions, these pages remain visible to all users. However, the settings for individual posts are successfully restricted.

Here are some additional details about my setup:

    • Theme: Hello Elementor
    • Page Builder: Elementor
    • Taxonomies: Set up using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

Could you please advise on how I might restrict access to category pages in this setup? Any guidance on configuring Ultimate Member for use with Elementor-built category pages would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

    Best regards,

I wanted to provide an update on my progress.

After setting restrictions on the taxonomy page, I found that posts under each restricted category are now successfully blocked as expected. However, the main category page itself is redirected to a 404 error. This happens even though I have configured the restriction settings to redirect unauthorized users to the login page.

Could you advise on how to ensure the main category page follows the redirect settings instead of showing a 404 error?
