Issue with restoring “others” from backup

    Hello all,

    While restoring from a backup everything was going well until it reached the others section. after unpacking 2002 out of 2483 files a message popped up in the event window saying there is a critical error on our site. It seems file 2003 could not be found or unpacked? The site still seems to work fine after this but Im wondering what would have caused it and if there is a fix?

    Hi,

    UpdraftPlus cannot restore the following file: 390 B, languages-old/woocommerce/woocommerce-en_US-8d8333ce2857a7223c73781fecbb893a.json

    You will either need to;

    1. download the “Others” backup file, unzip it and delete the files, zip it back up and rename it so the filename is the same as before then upload it again and restore it.

    2. Alternatively restoring the “Others” section of the backup is not normally necessary so if the site appears to be working without this, you can leave this out of the restoration.

    Hi @vupdraft , Ok, thank you very much for your quick answer. Since the site seems to be working normally without this, we will just leave it out of the restoration. Thanks again.
