Issue with restore process

    I was restoring a bkp from our dev site to prod site, when the restore process got stuck. Currently the site is working somehow with the older version prior to the restore process but the files inside have been replaced with the new version. The problem right now is I cannot access the WP admin dashboard section or any other page on the wordpress admin side because I keep getting this error “Call to undefined method DupLiteSnapLibIOU::safePathTrailingslashit()”. Need urgent assistance to resolve this issue.

    You need to use the latest version of the plugin when importing a backup. It is best to start with a fresh WordPress install then import the backup.

    I was Importing .Wpress file creating from all-in-one WP Migration, but it never imports, stuck almost at the beginning.

    It starts importing with 0.01% goes to say 0.30%, come back again to 0.01% and the stop at any point say 0.23% and then never proceed.

    I have 7-pages, 102-posts and 38-photo galleries in my .WPress export file with total size is 1.76 GB

    It may be noted that Maximum Upload File Size = 3GB

    I am facing this problem almost for last 2-months and never get out from this trap.

    Is there any simple solution with detailed documentation that could be suggested towards total Importing the local site to the Server.

    @firstlast775 You can extract the backup with this tool and upload your site content manually via FTP.
