Issue with resizing header and menu items…

    Please refer to this site: https://www.nosscr.org/ When I zoom in or zoome out using mouse, everything (header, logo, text) increases or decreases proportionately.

    But in the case of https://www.secularvoices.net/, which I am trying to develop, when I zoom in using my mouse scroller, it’s working differently: header logo goes out of proportion to the search bar to the right, menu items spill out of the browser, some texts in the menu end up in two lines etc.

    What must I do in order to make my site behave like the first site I referred to?

    I’m using Genesis framework.
