    I am writing to report an issue with the reply field in our email responses. It appears that when admin attempt to reply on income emails, their responses are being directed back to our own email address (from: no-reply) instead of users. This issue is causing significant communication problems, and we would appreciate your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.

    Specifically, the “Reply-To” field seems to be misconfigured, leading to this wrong behavior. Could you please investigate this issue and make the necessary adjustments to ensure that replies are correctly directed to our email address?

    Hope you are doing well today.

    I ran some tests on may lab site, but didn’t notice any issues with the reply-to email, when you’re using {email-1} macro, it should be automatically filled with the user’s entered email address, please refer to the screenshots.

    From your screenshot, it appears your configuration the email notifications is properly however, if you are still not working as expected, it might be related to another plugin if you are using an STMP email plugin, please make sure its doesn’t override the forminator settings.

    To make sure there is no a plugin conflict or something that overrides the email setting, you can temporarily disable all other plugins and submit the form. Please take a look at this document to learn more how to ran the tests.

    Thank you for your support. The problem was with my email client, “BlueMail” for PC. It displays the sender’s website name, but the email address underneath is from the “reply-to” field.
