Issue with reloading after submiting

Hi,
I have one small issue. When I fill the contact form and an blacklisted email is provided, after hitting send, the page loads up to the top of the page (contact form is at the bottom). So there is no way that people will see that their submission has not gone trough. I believe that the plugin is set to reload at the top (maybe I am wrong), so is there a way that I can set it up to reload at a specific location on my website?
