Issue with refund

    Hello,

    Our client has tried a partial refund on a order and keeps getting the error ‘Transaction Id cannot be empty’

    Do you have idea why they would be getting this error?

    Yes, if the transaction ID is blank in your orders table then you will get that error. Make sure the customer actually paid for the order. Check the order notes as they should contain the charge ID if the order was actually paid for.

    When an order is paid for, the Stripe plugin associates the transaction ID with the order.
