Issue with redirecting to PayPal with GF PayPal Standard Plugin

  • Having a form that redirects to PayPal for payments does not work with the Gravity Forms PayPal Payments Standard plugin (v 2.3).

    Instead of redirecting, it simply shows the Confirmation message.

    Using A-Symmetric encryption. I’ve had to set the encryption back to None to get forms directing to PayPal again.

    That Makes sense.

    Unfortunately, I don’t think this will work with most add-ons as it will submit the data to the add-ons as encrypted which would break the add-ons.

    In a few months I will be looking at updating the Plugin to make each form optional to encrypt and which fields to encrypt as well.
    That way you can turn off Encryption for Pay-Pal forms and other Add-ons.

    Down the road I may look at how to enable it with the Add-ons, but that will be awhile from now.
