Issue with recipe settings editor

    I am experiencing a couple of bugs in the recipe settings editor,

    1. When you move “Instruction sections” text in the sections get overridden by some other section.

    2. Cannot move instruction steps around, for example, cannot add an instruction in the middle if one is missed

    3. And the editor is very very slow. you have to wait a while for the text to appear after entering the text.
