Issue with receiving email through 123reg

    Hi,

    Newbie WordPress person here. I’ve recently created a website for a friend who has launched a new business. I’ve chosen the forminator plug in to send mail. The problem is that the email isn’t being sent to the email address.

    I have contacted 123reg who are providing the mail service and have been told I need to update these settings:

    Port: 25 SMTP Authentication: False or none SSL or Secure Connection: None Server or Host: localhost

    I’ve been told this option should appear under settings but i’ve had no luck locating this so far. Any help/advise would be welcome.
