Issue with rates above maximum weight or price for chosen service

    I used this for USPS First Class International Parcel pricing, but that service maxes out at 4 pounds of weight. Since there is no shipping option above that weight, I left the table prices above that blank, thinking it would default to “no shipping option”. Instead, it defaulted to “Free Shipping” and the customer did not have to pay shipping on a 6 pound product that cost upwards of $80USD to ship for a $45USD product.

    Can this be addressed?
